"The place itself is great 24 hours security. Taxi drop off in front, convenience store and grocery downstairs. Room itself is clean and comfortable. The only negative part is the communication with owner. Reply is slow. Other than that the place is above average. "

Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam"
