"Liked: very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, comfortable bed, great shower, free coffee/tea, convenient location, view, allows pets, parking included. Cons: room is quite small, has a functional kitchenette but no table, 1 chair, no desk to sit and eat. Helpful staff found a table and extra chair. Kitchenette needs more eg strainer, can opener etc."

"Beautiful well maintained building full of antiques with so much history & original character, located in the historical district. Nice safe area to walk & explore all the well preserved historical buildings as they were 100 years ago. Very nice & clean rooms. Bed in the ‘courthouse’ room was really comfortable after a long Sunshine Coast motorcycle road trip. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We stayed two nights & easily could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!!! :)"

"We had a marvelous time on this beautiful property. Great location annexed the Royston waterfront trail and a close drive to Courtenay and Comox. Kate and Cleo were gracious and kind hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in all the art on the property. We will definitely try to return!"
