We were treated extremely well by the staff at the hotel. Our room was a very nice size which we very much enjoyed. We made use of the restaurant for breakfast. Very good service. One of the elevators was out of order but we were able to use the service elevator. The hotel was in a good location - downtown and close to the Theatre where our choir festival was taking place.

Staff was just amazing, above and beyond our expectations. Hotel is nice and located close to everything. There are still homelessness around the area which was not great, and the closest dog park was a block and a half away which was not ideal at night to walk our dog (we preferred to drive to a nicer area after the first night), but overall the stay was worth it and my family loved it. Price was very reasonable as well.

Very welcoming staff. Secure parking felt very safe. Suite was large, spacious and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and lovely. Absolutely amazing experience the exceeded our expectations. Didnt have meals on premises.

Fourth time staying here and the staff are always excellent. Convenient spot for downtown but in a busy area. If you want a late night pizza or meal it's just down the street. Nice clean rooms with good linen and bathroom

The room was great. Very clean. Staff were very accommodating. I had to have a late checkout because of the run race I was in and there was no problem or extra cost. I was on the 3rd floor overlooking Granville Street however and the outside street noise up to 5 am was quite noticeable. Perhaps time to redo the windows and patio door?! Lovely time overall.
