This beautiful apartment is located just outside the downtown core, 5 minutes away from the sea wall, near VGH and Granville Island. Just one stop to downtown with the train station being only 6 mins away (walking), you'll have the freedom to explore Vancouver without needing a car. Quiet place, well equipped kitchen and private patio to enjoy on the sunny days.

The space is 750 sq/ft with a large master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. Family friendly, secure parking spot, and well equipped to provide a wonderful stay in Vancouver. TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, Large patio available with both sitting and dining area, as well as a barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends.

A great walkable location and comfortable quarters!

Three college room mates spent a wonderful three nights enjoying music, great food all close by. Underground parking was a plus! Helpful directions and friendly owners. We'd go again.

Perfect Starting Point for exploration of Vancouver

We were totally pleased with the accommodation. It’s truly quiet at night and perfectly well equipped. Shops are around the corner and restaurants are not far. Would recommend it any time again!

The place is really cute, great location to access downtown and touristic attractions. The place was spotless and really quiet for being in a busy street. Communication with the owners was fast and effective. I totally recommend this place and would stay there again for sure.

Great location and hosts

When I saw the location on a busy road I was worried about noise, but the apartment is in the back and was very quiet. The hosts let us into the apartment early so we could drop off our luggage and take advantage of a rain free day. Close to an aquabus stop for easy hop on hop off traffic free tour of False Creek and Granville Island.

Lovely spot, great location.

We had a great stay. We would have loved to take advantage of the super cute outdoor patio however the atmospheric river had other plans. Another comfy chair inside would be great but we probably wouldn't have used it had the weather been different.

Wonderful Stay

Ro and Ana's place is charming and quiet. It's right off a main road, but tucked into a cute, gated complex. The instructions that were provided were incredibly detailed and I had no issue getting into the area/apartment and using the provided parking space within a garage. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the cozy vibe of the apartment as well as the wonderful location with close proximity to downtown. The bed was so comfortable and it was the perfect home away from home for our trip!

cute and clean in great location for exploring Vancouver

My son and I stayed here for just two nights between Xmas and New Year. The place is small but clean and has the kitchen implements needed to cook basic meals. The beds were comfortable and the complex is secured by key. The location is incredible. We were able to walk along the Sea Wall to Granville Island as well as downtown (over the bridge) for a movie. Groceries and restaurants all available within a mile of walking. Beautiful park right across the street. Despite being on a heavily trafficked road, the apartment is quiet.

Wonderful apartment! Check in was easy and check out instructions were clear. The only feedback that I think of is that some direction for what to do with recyclables. We left it on the counter and are hoping that was ok!

Cute apartment near the seawall

The stay was great overall. I booked it because of the patio but the weather was a bit too chilly to use it. It would be great in the summer. The beds were comfortable. The living area is a bit small, with only the couch for seating, or the table and dining chairs. The garage parking was great to have. The road in front of the condo is a busy, major thoroughfare, but faces woodland. A nice walking trail goes over the street, and takes you into the park and seawall area. Very walkable neighborhood.

Stayed for a few nights before heading up north to Squamish. Great place just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Within walking distance to the train and a beautiful running/walking path along the water. We arrived super late from our flight and the pullout mattress was already set up for us (group of 5 stayed) which was a pleasant surprise.

Although street is noisy, the apartment is quiet and cozy. Fantastic location walking distance to False Creek Seawall and Granville Island, as well as local amenities on Cambie and West Broadway streets. Hosts were approachable and provided plenty of information. I would recommend this place.
