Cozy & Bright 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Basement Suite

This spacious and homey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement suite of coziness and convenience is nestled in a beautiful contemporary home. Home lies in a quiet & friendly neighbourhood in Langley close to Hwy 1 and Williams Park.

The suite has a separate entrance, free parking, free WiFi, Netflix, a full bathroom with a tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sorry, no laundry room.

3 minute walk to Triple O's and gas station. Convenience stores, food shops/restaurants, bank, night out pubs, Langley Memorial hospital and a big shopping centre (Willowbrook) are about a 10-12 minute drive from the house.

William's Park is less than 5 mins away and is a beautiful spot for a picnic, to bring kids to a playground, or to cool down at the creek. Fort Langley is also only 7-8 mins away is the perfect place for gelato, coffee and shopping, or a stroll by the river.

1 minute access to Hwy 1, so very convenient for getting both east and west. 35 minute drive to downtown Vancouver, 40 minute drive to the Vancouver airport, 15 minute drive to Abbotsford airport, 5 minute drive to Thunderbird Show Park, 10 minute drive to Langley Event Centre, 4 minute drive to Trinity Western University.

Kindly note: Hosts live upstairs and have 3 kids so a bit of noise is expected but most of our living space is not directly above the suite.

Absolutely Amazing

Extremely happy with our stay. We rented this during our son's wedding so that we had a place for out of town guests. Everything was perfect from the arrival instructions to the cleanliness. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back ourselves.

Cozy, bright and beautiful

Jodi's place was a perfect spot for our family while in the area gor a sports competition. The suite is bright, clean and comfortable. My boys enjoyed the games cupboard in their down time. l appreciated a well appointed kitchen with several thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The property was adorable and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely accomodating and checked in part way to see if we were requiring anything. The property was close to many businesses and was conviently located. Would highly recommend!

Cozy spot in Langley

We were very comfortable in this lower level unit. Plenty of space and very clean. It was close to the highway but had a neighborhood feel and great parking.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved having this space for our trip to Langley. It was located in a quiet area of Langley but close to the HWY and easy to get everywhere we needed. The place itself was clean and well stocked. It was very bright for a basement suite and very roomy for 5 overnight and a up to 7 for dinners. Owners were very responsive to all inquiries. We would rent again if ever in the area.

This was one of the very best VRBO’s we have stayed at. The suite was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Jodi was a wonderful host and made sure that we had everything that we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone else as well.

Cute Place to Stay

Jodi had great communication leading up to our stay so we felt very comfortable arriving! There was ample parking right near the door which made it easy to get luggage and shopping from and to the vehicles. The unit was so cute, with ample amenities and perfect for a mix of needs with the 3 bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to to stay again if travelling through the area!

Amazing

We spent a lot of time in the suite and it was very comfortable. We had everything we needed but felt very welcome to contact the hosts if there was something we wanted that wasn't provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Your rental was great. We really appreciated the extras such a condiments and a well stocked kitchen. The cupcakes were a nice touch. We stayed here with our family for a wedding. The place was perfect, lots of room for our group to get ready.

Great place to stay in Langley

Our family of 4 live locally but needed a place to stay while our home had repairs. This lovely rental was all it’s advertised and more. The hosts went out of their way to provide a comfortable space with lots of extras. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Better than a hotel

Were in town for a wedding - two friends and my husband ( four of us in 3 bedrooms ). Place was spacious, clean and well appointed. Lovely welcoming details (cupcakes, bin of toiletries for any items forgotten). Host was timely with messaging and check in was a breeze. Good stay.

Hospitable and thoughtful host!

We loved our stay! Jodi was very thoughtful about things that we might need- such as shampoo etc., a few light snacks, first aid essentials, coffee, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated, and was spacious enough for us. She communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. The town of Ft. Langley was adorable and had a ton of shopping and dining. I would highly recommend!

We loved it

overall excellent. good stocked kitchen, comfortable and easy entry. Only drawbacks were noise from upstairs early in the morning, and the chemical smell of the cleaners. Otherwise we loved it and it's very close to Thunderbird Show Park.

A home away from home

This was my first VRBO experience and I’d do it again! I was looking for accommodations that would fit my family of 5 (kids ages 8,9,12)! The space was perfect and had everything we needed to eat in as well as providing separate spaces for us when we needed to take a break from our adventures. Jodi was quick to respond to messages and had so many extra touches that made it feel like home. We’ll be back for sure.

Langley suite

I had a fantastic stay in Jodi’s basement suite. The location was perfect for my stay while competing at Thunderbird Showpark. It’s a quick drive into Fort Langley or Langley and has quick access to highway 1. Jodi and her family were excellent hosts and Jodi was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The suite is very nice, really clean, and was well equipped with everything that I needed. Hoping to be back again!

Langley Cruise-In Car Show

Jodi is an awesome host! Everything was "as advertised" and more. Super easy access to highway 1. Nice, clean and well equipped suite. We were there for the car show . Driving a truck pulling a vehicle trailer and required lots of parking. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Will stay here again. Highly recommend

Best experience so far

We absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect. Jodi, is very sweet and communicative. House is clean and parking is very convenient. I don’t have any negative thing to say. Jodi has thought of everything you might need during your stay. My boys are so the snacks she left for us. Oh and the personal sign and cupcakes!! What a treat! I want to say this was one of the best experience I had. Will for sure recommend and stay here if we ever need to stay in the area! Oh, and we were in town for a wedding, coming back exhausted at night. The beds are so comfortable we slept very well. Thank you Jodi!

Lots of Thoughtful Touches

I would highly recommend this suite. It is well designed for a group (we had 5 in our party, from different families), with the master suite having much appreciated privacy from the other rooms. The kitchen is well appointed with good cooking pots, basic condiments, and dishware. Everything seemed quite new and in good working order. The decore is very tasteful with nice artwork and large windows allow lots of light. There were many nice touches - a desk with colouring books and a sticky note pad, lots of armoires, a few helpful medicine cabinet items, board games, etc. We didn't meet the owners in person, but communication via the VRBO app was timely and helpful; the instruction book in the suite was easy to follow. The single, minor, drawback is there isn't anywhere to sit outside on the property, but there are some interesting walks in the neighborhood. The location is easy to find from the Trans Canada highway and very close to Trinity Western University.

The hosts and the accommodations were outstanding! Very easy access to Vancouver and only 2.5 miles from Fort Langley which is a beautiful and quaint little town offering great food and scenery! I highly recommend staying here!
