The laundry room is downstairs. Our tenants and we live downstairs, so please keep it quiet.
This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras .

NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️.
A/C is a bonus for the hot summer! Schools, rec & all amenities near!

The home was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, quiet, location was great not too far from anything and the appliances were top notch.
