Family Gathering Beachside Retreat

This is your home away from home! Enjoy the fully equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1den. total 1100sqft.
- Primary bedroom has a large king sized bed,84*84'' with attached bathroom 250sqft..
-Both bed with very comfortable mattress;
-Comfortable sofa could be as a bed;
-Extra portable heater；family or friends gather up to maxium 5 adluts .
Inside is a convection microwave, gas stove. large black decker toaster/oven . All the pots, pans, dishes and cookware .You’ll have Netflix for cozy movie nights and a Nespresso to kick start your mornings.

The windows and sliders have screens. We had recently upgrade dual-energy system for heating and cooling .

Self check-in and check-out at any time via uniqute numberred key lock.before check- in all codes are deleted upon check -out for added securty. wifi is high speed gigabit.

Cozy near town

Needed to be close to Port Moody waterfront and this was perfect. Friendly and responsive host, clean, with all necessary amenities. Only drawback is hearing footsteps overhead in this basement apartment.

The place is clean, and the kitchen is bigger than average.The beds are comfortable and nice towels. This unit located below the host residue. The host Jenny is very easy to communicate and very friendly. She offered some fruits during our stay. The location of this unit is very private and nice neighbor. Close to shopping mall and grocery store. Port Moody is nice area to visit.

Comfortable Port Moody Property

This was a great property for my Mom, husband and I to stay at when we were in town for a family wedding. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms with walk in showers especially for my Mom who has some mobility issues. Jenny was very accommodating and the area and location was great.

Clean, Bright and Roomy

This semi-basement suite is set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. I was immediately impressed with how roomy, extremely clean and bright the suite was. The kitchen was fully equipped and well organized. The bathrooms are cozy but adequate and walk in shower is spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were wonderful. Lei is quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. Jenn greeted us a few times and was very helpful.I would highly recommend staying here.

Port Moody Beauty

Took our daughter to her freshman year at Simon Fraser University. Location was 5 minutes from campus so we were able to get her moved in and go back and forth easily for the 5 days we were there. Port Moody is a lot more laid back than the rest of the Vancouver metro area. Good food, and close to Balcarra Provincial Park. The host Jenny was great, even had a tray of watermelon in the fridge for us on arrival. Will stay here again.

Great Port Moody Spot

We enjoyed staying here for a few days over Christmas. The location was good for us to use as a base while visiting people in Port Moody and Coquitlam. The suite is spacious and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Jenny is a very kind, conscientious host. She was quick to answer questions and provide items we wanted. This would have a 5-star review if the toilet in the master bathroom was better. Fortunately, the one in the second bathroom (not far away) was a good one, with no problems. We would stay here again - thank you!

Port Moody Delightful Get Away

My wife and I needed a place to stay in the Vancouver area, as we visited our son and his family.This home in Port Moody is located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to reach off of Clark Avenue. It has good parking (a major advantage in Vancouver), is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home has a well maintained exterior with pleasant views of well maintained gardens.The unit is the step free ground level of the home. Occasionally, we heard footsteps from upstairs, but the noise was never an issue for us.My wife has allergies, so we communicated with the manager before our stay and the place was fragrance free so that her allergies weren't triggered. The unit has solid floors and the manager provided indoor slip on sandals to wear, so that wet shoes don't track throughout the space. The manager is wonderful to communicate with, both before and during the stay. When we needed something to make our stay better, she brought it over in a short time.We loved our stay so much that we booked another stay in October when we returned home. This is a wonderful place to stay in the Vancouver area.

Clean, as advertised, great location with easy access to Coquitlam and Port Moody. Wi-Fi, clean. The ensuite toilet does have a grinder but it doesn't go off when you aren't using the sink.The host was excellent, communicative, and very responsive and helpful!

Outstanding two weeks stay

Had a wonderful two week stay with my family and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The hosts were very welcoming from the first day and let us know that they’re always there for any help. Everything was made available such as clean towels, clean sheets, iron, hand held vacuum and robot vacuum. Heater/ central AC were made available along with WiFi and TV applications for all conveniences.
