The apartment is on situated at the very centre of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and the Olympic Village. Located in Crosstown, the locale is one of Vancouver’s oldest and historic areas. Also close proximity to beautiful parks, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, dozens of restaurants to please every palate, rapid transit sky train next door, BC place, Rogers,costco,T&Tmarket, sports and event arenas, urban super markets, cinemas and boutique stores.Parq casino. parking spot near elevator included.5 minute ride to cruse ship.Please keep in mind this is a licenced short term rental if others who are not licenced they may be shut down when you arrive .
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.
