This property was in such a perfect location, very easy to navigate the neighborhood and get to everything we needed quickly. Parking and entry/exit was very easy. We loved being so close to Granville market, sitting by the fire at night, looking out at the city and eating breakfast with a great kitchen that had every condiment we'd ever need.
The host was excellent! The apartment was set up with all the amenities. The location was what we were looking for, great views and a block to the water taxi. It has three private balconies, one of which we used because November weather is damp and a bit chilly. We were happy to have chosen this apartment!
The property had a great location and was near both downtown and Granville Island. The 3 decks were very nice and created different sitting areas. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and our host was very responsive.

This Vancouver condo was light, bright, clean and the absolute perfect location! Two minute walk to the water taxi over to Granville Public Market, one minute walk to bike rentals and direct bike lanes to Stanley Park, plus very close to restaurants and groceries and coffee. We enjoyed everything about our stay here!

We had an absolutely lovely get away weekend. Communication and attention to detail and our group’s specific needs was first and foremost a priority with Iman & Ashley. Loved the apartment (we rented both 2bd/2ba for our trip), spectacular views, cozy hangout areas, and incredible location where we could walk everywhere or grab the aquabus in a couple minutes. We had a great stay. Iman and his team were great - meeting us at the property and making sure we had all that we needed. The apartment was well supplied including coffee, tea, toiletries, and other supplies. The location is awesome - steps away from the water taxi to Granville Island and walking distance to downtown.
I loved this condo. It has great views, great location to stores, restaurants, etc. The condo itself is bright, well laid out and well maintained. The property managers were very quick to reply with any question. Highly recommended spot.
The best part of the experience was the host (Iman) who personally welcomed us to the condo. The condo was in a quiet and safe neighborhood right on the Seawall. It was in a great location - down the street from the ferry that takes you to Granville Island, and walking distance to great shopping. Also, the amenities are very well stocked. Iman really makes it a very personal and wonderful experience!

We arrived earlier than the check in, he let us leave the luggages in the condo and the same when we left. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very nice place close to Granville Island. He send us a list of convenient around. Very easy and fast to check in and out. Response is fast if there’s any question about the condo

We loved our stay in beautiful Vancouver! The short walk down to the Aqua Taxi stand was so convenient for a weekend stay prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Be aware that to access the patio/balcony areas you have to step up and over a threshold. My disabled elderly mom was able to manage it but might be an issue for others. The views and safe area were perfect. Thank you!
It was a wonderful place to stay. We sat in the glass-walled living room, before the fireplace, and enjoyed views of the water and downtown. The host, Iman, came to check us in - even though our plane arrived two hours late in the evening, and showed us around. Coffee lovers will be happy to know the kitchen has good ground coffee and a proper coffee pot. There were two of us, each using a different bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. A three-minute walk to the seawall, where you pick up an Aquabus to go to Grenville Island.
Location is safe, pleasant and convenient to numerous points of interest and services. Unit itself is bright, inviting and offers impressive views of surrounding area. Host is very accommodating.
Visitors should know the space is quite tight for a larger group (4 or more), including master bedroom, which may or may not make a difference depending on your agenda. Also, unit lacks a/c and window screens. Finally, building is beginning to show its age. For us these were minor limitations and we had a wonderful stay.
I have stayed at several homeshares in Vancouver, and this was certainly the best. The location is ideal, an easy walk to anywhere downtown, and the Aquabus to Granville island is just steps away. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a spacious living area area with a sofa bed. It easily accommodated our 5 people. Our host Iman was wonderful -- he checked in regularly to see how we were doing and offer tips. But the best thing about the place is the THREE balconies-- 2 of which are huge! -- with views so beautiful you could cry. We hope to come back very soon. THANK YOU IMAN!!
The Penthouse has a perfect location, beautiful views, and the outdoor spaces make it a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book again should our travels bring us to Vancouver, BC in the future.
