The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Guests with cars: You will need the garage remote to exit garage gate #3. Next, temporarily park in visitors parking and scan yourself back in by the glass door to return the keys to the apartment.
After returning all keys (2 keys, 1 door fob, 1 garage remote) to the dish on the shelf in the apt, you can return to visitors parking through ground level. Garage gates # 2 + 1 automatically open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Checkout beyond 10:00am without previous notice and agreement between you and the host will result in a fee of $100 per every 30 minutes in delay.
Damage or loss to any of the entry devices provided, will result in replacement them at your expense: Key $30 Fob $75 Garage Remote $100
The apartment's maximum capacity at any time is 5 persons. Please no additional day visitors or overnight guests are allowed.
