Enjoy your stay at this bright, spacious and newly-renovated 2nd floor suites, overlooking the gorgeous Fraser River! Located at Surrey Bolivar Heights, right next to New Westminster, only 30mins drive to Downtown Vancouver.

Self-checkin makes 'check-in' hassle-free, even late at night.

NOTE: You’ll have the entire 2nd floor with SEPARATE ENTRANCE and COMPLETE PRIVACY.

The space is relaxing with lots of natural light and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

The 2nd floor including: 2 Bedrooms (1 master bedroom with King-size bed, 1 bedroom with Queen-size bed), 1 double airbed in the living room, 2 Bathrooms, the Living room, the Kitchen and deck patio with BBQ grill! We also have a front yard that you can enjoy.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and families with kids, especially big families up to 7 people.

- 7 min drive to Surrey Central, New Westminster and Guildford Center, 30 min drive to Downtown Vancouver.
- 2 min walk to bus stops and Bolivar Park.
- The closet Skytrain is Gateway station (10 mins by bus - take Bus 371 towards Surrey Central station) for 30 min ride to downtown.
- Easy access to Highway1, 10 & 15.

- Guests have full access of the 2nd floor (including 2 bedrooms with en-suit baths, the living room, the kitchen and the deck patio). You will share the ground entrance with other guests.

Note:
Quiet hours are 9PM - 7AM.
No parties. No drug. No smoking in the house.

There are other guests on the property, so please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum.

Please use the house key for the duration of your stay and return the key pass upon check-out. There will be a $20 replacement charge in event of an unreturned key.

Our place was exactly as described. There was so much room in the open area which was so comfortable. You really felt like you were at home! We had everything we needed to make dinner and enjoy our evening.The directions were easy to find our location and get into our place. It really was a great place for us to stay for a quick overnight trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The living room and kitchen space was nice and open with beautiful views of the Vancouver sky line. Bathrooms were well equipped and it was nice to have access to the washer & dryer. Ample parking space. We were here for a wedding and this was a great and spacious place to stay.

The house is spacious and clean. The living room couch is very comfy, and there are lots of windows. When I asked about the fan, they provided a standing fan the next day. The host is quick and great with communication. My kids felt at home, and we love the house! We will definitely stay there again.

There are at least 3 different permanent residents in this house. Not other guests. The residents below the rental space cook very offensive food and the stench comes up into the rental area through the vents. The smell is so strong my luggage still stinks a week later.

Overall was a 5 star experience. The host communicated clearly prior to our stay. The property is as described on the web site. It is clean and everything is in working order. The neighborhood is quiet. We would come back without hesitation. Thank you for letting us stay.

The space is easy to find,clean and not too far out of the city. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, but that is mainly because of the sheer volume of traffic.. There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with, and I do mean nothing. There are very limitedplates and utensils. We had no toilet paper for a full day, thank goodness we were out and about in the city. Beds are firm but comfortable, no sheets or pillow cases, just a comforter and devorative pillow shams. Overall it worked but probably wouldn't choose it again

The living area was spacious & comfortable. The crockery & cutlery were insufficient for three people even though advertised as sleeping 7. Some areas were not clean, kitchen cupboards, washer, dryer, under bed. Host seemed disinterested.

The property presented very well. The balconies are nice and the view is nice The unit was not setup to accommodate sleeping for 7 people as it stated in the ad. Thermostat was broken so we were unable to regulate the temperature but were lucky the weather was fairly mild. The power to the microwave was shut off 2/4 of the mornings we were there. Although we had these challenges, the host was accommodating and responded very quickly. We would consider staying again with the assumption the heat would be operatoinal. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay on this property! the location is absolutely ideal! We did not need to rent a car.It would have been convenient if there were more utensils but we managed nonetheless less. We were happy to discover a walmart store nearby!The smoke alarm is extremely sensitive and kept ringing even when I was just making scrambled eggs!You may want to look into it.The dining chairs are very fancy undoubtedly but for all practical purpose the design is such that guests are likely to get hurt by hitting against the legs while walking up and down. Overall, we enjoyed the scenic beauty, the balcony view, location and the elegant decor of the house! The station is conveniently located from the property! We had no issue entering or exiting the house. Highly recommended!

came here to visit family. The house is very clean and everything is beautifully done. The host is very thoughtful with amenities. It was a perfect space for a family. We didn't use the deck but definitely would if we'd had time. Great views and lots of room. Highly recommend!
