Lots of room to spread out in this place in south Vancouver. Property manager was very responsive.

The house has so much potential! Nice size and the room are great. Big kitchen that has a ton of storage however a couple of the cupboard doors are starting to fall off. The kitchen table, a glass table, was foggy as I believe it was wiped with a dirty cloth. We took some dish soap and water and cleaned it. The baseboards had a large amount of build up and the slip covers on the furniture were dirty. With a little TLC and a ton of cleaning this place could be amazing!

Great Location

Location is fabulous! 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown. Parking (on street) is plentiful. Excellent shopping (Superstore) for groceries within 2 minutes. Well appointed with all necessary supplies and appliances for feeding a large group. Our second stay here and it was perfect!

Gorgeous upper unit, wasn’t aware there’d be a family downstairs but they were very nice :) my only issue is when trying to use the Jets for the tub a bunch of algae or something came out. Other than that the place was spotless and really cozy. They had really comfy beds, would love to stay again soon!

The location was great, but this place needs some loving care, there’s paint peeling in the hall way and the cabinets in the kitchen need to be realigned. The choice of restaurants within walking distance is limited, but drive ten minutes and your options are unlimited. Very surprised there were no wine glasses for use. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay overall

Everything was exactly as listed. Only reason for one less star is that one of the beds (master) didn’t have bedding changed and cleaned, as we saw hairs from previous person sleeping in the bed on the sheets and blanket upon arrival. Luckily we had an extra room so we were able to use bedding in that room. Otherwise, clean everywhere else with great amenities for good price. Close proximity to lots of places we enjoyed.
