Bed was terrible though owner claims new in past year as response to my comments on Maps. Things in disrepair, paint on walls was a mess. This place is needing much work and upgrading. Bedding wad very worn and shabby, stained. We do give credit for cleanliness and that the lesser cost for room saved us money, which was appreciated.

The requirement for us was one night and just one sleep. The condition of the bathroom and shower facility was in very poor state and we where afraid to bath which could possibly prove to be a disaster.

This is a good budget motel. My only complaint is there was no coffee maker in the room so we went and bought one. They have coffee in the office but that is inconvenient for us. Otherwise, the room is good value for the money.

Absolutely disgusting. The walls were peeling and the floor was sticky. There were homeless people and hookers wandering past the windows. The bathroom faucet didnt work so we had to use the bathtub to wet a washcloth. We pulled out the beds and the floor and ledges were filthy. There was paint on all the lighting fixtures so they clearly didnt remove them prior to painting, and the walls looked like they had one coat of primer. The bathroom walls were cinderblock and half painted and the caulking around the tub and sink looked like it was done by a child. Foul, no stars. Would never recommend to anyone.

Our deepest apologies for the room.Unfortunately the room you were given for your one night stay here wasn't supposed to be rented out as it was scheduled to be repaired.We here at the Westward Inn truly pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our rooms, even if they are older then some more expensive accommodations in the area. An error in paper work allowed that room to be listed as completed and ready and again we apologize for the conditions within the room itself.As for the "Homeless and Hookers" you first mentioned, we have a strict manned Security system in place and have had zero reports of any such activity here for years, any such activity is detected by our CCTV system and dealt with quickly with any suspicious activities on the property.I am happy to refund your stay with us due to the circumstances if you could call our office directly (Sunday through Wednesdays between 3:pm and 10:pm and speak with Lance to arrange it.

The manager was a very nice man. Really appreciate his friendly, kind service! However we were pretty disappointed to find that our room was in really rough shape. Beds sheets were clean and towels were fresh, but the room itself was falling apart. Bathroom fan was literally falling off and not working, tub finish was all peeling off, paint splattered carelessly on floors, baseboards filthy, entrance door filthy and scuffed up, cobwebs on bathroom ceiling. Fantastic rate but you get what you pay for I guess! Would not stay here again.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't even show up for your reservation. Our check in time is between 2 and 10 PM and our office is open until 11PM.The fact that you refused to check in on time or even call us with the problem is all on you. To give such a poor rating because you pooched your own reservation is reprehensible. Time to take some responsibility.

If it is just for sleeping, then its good
It was an experience. Staff was super friendly and nice. Room smelt like cigarettes and the toilet was dirty. Two small pillows for a queen size bed. The rooms were spacious and the hardwood floors are nice. I was just passing through and needed a place to sleep, so this did the job. The biggest positive of this place, other than excellent staff, is the location. Lots of food places nearby.

Sorry you didn't seem to enjoy your stay. We are an Economy Motel and understand that you may have higher expectations in life, but to call it "Dumpy" when you paid under 100 for a renovated double room seems harsh. We do hope you find accommodations more fitting to your lifestyle in the future.
