"Loved it. Exactly what we needed. Perfect location to visit family who keep a boat at PGM. Power flickered a bit (didn’t go out but light brightness varied)- not sure what that was about; however, it was no problem. Will absolutely use again and recommend to others. "

"We absolutely loved everything about this place! Nikki and Sean made us feel so welcome! We arrived to fresh out of the oven cookies followed by a golf cart tour of their beautiful, historic town. The breakfast was amazing and the afternoon Happy Hour was a delicious spread of local goodies that we had to search out to take home with us. You’ll want to spend the day on the front porch relaxing, but don’t miss walking around this historic town to see the beautiful homes and breathtaking waterfront. We even saw dolphins playing close to shore on our first day. We took the ferry to Beaufort which was a fun experience, and New Bern is only about a 30 minute drive and makes for a fun day trip! This is truly a hidden gem that we’d like to keep a secret, but it’s too good not to share!"

"Delightful overnight stay for our group of 5 couples. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and convenient location to shops and restaurants. Lots of nicely furnished spaces to gather and endless coffee! Thank you Katie and Brody for a memorable stay in Oriental."

"One room one bath attached to larger property. Located right across the street from the harbor front (water). Location is perfect for anything downtown Oriental. Couldn't find TV remote but WIFI worked great. "

"The weather was fantastic. We had rain on our checkout day but it really didn't impact our trip. Overall, everything was outstanding. The house was very clean (Thank You!), and it was extremely comfortable. We did not see anyone at all in the area with the exception of the lawn care companies. Exactly what we were expecting. The only minor details that I would suggest would be to have more supplies like paper towels, foil and other items that your guest may forget. Only suggesting due to the stores being so far away. We just used what we had available as we really did not want to take the drive. Also, I really didn't mind taking our trash with us because I have a truck. Guest driving a car may feel otherwise. The issue was the waste site was not open on Sunday morning, so I had to bring our trash all the way home with us. We mostly enjoyed the dock/pier for fishing, relaxing and the views were phenomenal. Thanks again and I hope you will remain successful in the rental business."

"Property not as advertised. Plus listing said all fees included, then an additional fee was added for a VRBO charge. Unit was Worn and poor quality. No keurig or coffee included, no hair dryer. "
