"Valet parking $40 per day; valet staff very professional and courteous. Not handicapped accessible as the entrance is a flight of stairs away from the lobby and there is only a service elevator near the entrance. Starbucks has an entrance from inside the hotel."

"Wonderful customer service. Went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I love the brown bag breakfast on my door! And the macaroons in the evening!"

"Beautiful location on the harbor. You have access to the pool next door at the Beach Club, which is very nice and has great views. The place itself is clean, with a friendly staff, but the Harbor Resort is in desperate need of a paint job and some upkeep. It's one thing for the rooms to look dated, but it seems lazy to have AC vents falling off and paint chipping everywhere. That said, we would go back again because we got a nice deal."
