Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel.
La prima sorpresa l'ho avuta quando ho saputo che il Wifi non arrivava nelle stanze.
Volevo andare via, ma non mi avrebbero restituito quanto pagato alla prenotazione e quindi ho dovuto trovare un accordo con il manager.
Ho richiesto il cambio delle lenzuola in quanto sporche.
Per avere l'acqua calda si dovevano azionare due interruttori fuori la camera e il giorno della parteza li avevano spenti e li ho dovuti riaccendere riuscendo a fare una doccia tiepida.
Durante la notte, sino all'una,ci sono state urla e vociare e l'impiegato della reception non è intervenuto per fare smettere i maleducati, onde tutelare gli altri ospiti.
Forse dormiva con tutto quel casino.
Una cosa inammissibile e inaccettabile.
Sono rimasto due giorni perché avevo pagato, in caso contrario avrei cercato un altro hotel.
Ed infine, la mattina l'impiegato della reception voleva essere pagato un'altra volta indicandomi che neanche amministrativamente sono in grado di gestire un hotel.
