If you are planning to in stay in Varanasi and is on a budget. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean room and bathroom and the staff is very attentive. The owner Akash gives you details information on whats available to visit and how to get there. Even tips on purchasing fruits and the price you should pay. Highly recommend thia hotel.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Though there is a bit walking is involved to reach hotel from PDR mall, once you checked in, everything is in walkable distance. Very close to DasaAshwamedha ghat. Aditya is a wonderful guy who goes out of the way to help and make your stay very comfortable and secured.

I had a great stay at Trilok Residency in Varanasi. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. They were always accommodating—whether it was arranging water or helping with anything I needed. It made a big difference. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Hotel manager was very courteous and informative. I booked two rooms in this Hotel. Hotel manager advised me to book somewhere else since my parents are old and hotel doesn't have access to vehicles. I was surprised. I wanted to stay near Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the Ghats. I continued with my booking. Reaching hotel is difficult, but Manager was very open informing me about it. Hotel sent staff to carry our luggage to and from the Hotel to the place where get vehicles. I could see honesty in Manager's eyes, in a city everywhere agents and babus try to cheat pilgrim tourists. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. Manager upgraded one of my rooms to a family room on the ground level without extra charge since my parents are old.

Comfortable and nice stay

I highly recommend this property. Room was comfortable and very near to Ghat, walkable to temple. Front desk was very helpful in our queries and friendly to talk to.

Everything. The area is terrible. Dogs barking, talking until the 03.00 or 04.00. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. There is a gap in the window. The rooms were very cold. We have to wear jumpers to sleep in. The covers were smoky. We can’t able to take the taxi up to the area . The taxi driver dropped off 900 or more yards. The management sent the people to carry the luggage & we have to walk. My husband & I can’t able to sleep. So we vacated & moved to another good hotel. The reviews are in no way accurate.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. If you want to be right in the middle of the action, this is the place to be. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Ganges River and the famous gates, making it incredibly easy to soak in the spiritual energy of Varanasi. Exceptional Service & Local Guidance The standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Because the property is located in a traditional area where cars are not allowed, navigating the narrow streets with luggage could have been a challenge. However, the team made it effortless: • Proactive Communication: They messaged me on WhatsApp the moment I arrived to coordinate a pickup. • Arrival Support: They met me exactly where my Uber dropped me off and helped carry my luggage to the hotel at no extra cost. • Personal Concierge: The person at the front desk was like a personal tour guide, constantly checking in via WhatsApp to ensure I wasn't having any trouble navigating the winding alleys. • Expert Advice: He gave me perfect advice on the best spots to visit and, more importantly, what to avoid, which is so helpful in a busy city like Varanasi. Accommodations The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. Everything felt fresh, updated, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. It provides a calm, modern oasis to retreat to after a busy day exploring the vibrant streets outside.
