Perfect Hotel for a citytrip or overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. A decent room with comfortable beds and good airconditioning and a tasteful breakfast with many options and very good coffee. As always we enjoyed staying here with our family

Our stay at Hotel Ungheria was great! Good room with airco, facilities, great breakfast and excellent helpfull service throughout. A spotless and very well run family hotel. Varese itself is lovely, as well as centrally located, especially if you like to travel by public transport. Milan, Como, Lugano and more are nearby, including Lake Varese (cycle lane around it), Villa Panza and Sacro Monte. Fully recommended.

Parking is available for a fee. They provide gluten free and vegan options for breakfast. I needed to add another person to the room and it was easy, and communication with staff was quick. The service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also air conditioned!

Fantastic hotel with excellent service: super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is really good. The stay exceeded our expectations (family of two adults and two adult children). Pet friendly too: the hotel gave us a doggy treat/goodie bag with high-quality products.

The hotel was located on a very busy street with not much of a view, and the room was quite different from the photos but It was conveniently located close to downtown Varese. However, the breakfast was excellent, which made everything okay. The staff were very kind, and I would definitely recommend including breakfast if you stay here.

Great Hotel in Varese

We had great experience, Hotel Ungheria has nice rooms, great service and a delicious breakfast. We'll definitely return anytime we're back in the area. Everything was superb, the only negative thing😂 was the recycled toilet paper (regular paper is actually more ecological than recycled paper).

Varese hotel - ok hotel

Was a ok hotel. Very clean. OK price, big room. Don't understand why it should be central. Not for the old city of Varese or as base for travel to ... The breakfast was not ours at all but this is subjective. lot of yogurts. The breakfast room more like a youth hostel.
