"it was disgusting bed bugs everywhere on the beds. toilet was clogged. there were no bed sheets blankets, pillows, only a mattress. the mattress was disgusting. There were spiders everywhere and i got severe sickness over 1 night"

"Overnight stop on the way home. Booked a cheap, basic, no frills accommodation and that is exactly what we got. Tiny room, very thin mattress. The auto’ check in system failed and we had to go away and come back 2 hours later when someone was available to help sort out the issue. "
