The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very well-kept, and the service provided by the staff was excellent; they were very polite and helpful. 100% recommended.

Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue.

Very impressed with hotel and staff. Will definitely be returning when in town.
