When I arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and offered me a fan and complimentary bottle of cold water. For the price I paid it was far more than I expected. Sometimes it’s just a little customer service which makes a problem much easier to accept! In the end sleeping with window open was completely adequate- I was in Portugal and expecting hot weather."
