Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel itself was nice, but our experience with the staff was disappointing. We had already paid around $1,600 through Expedia, but at check-in we were told our reservation was for one person and were charged an additional €50 per night for my girlfriend, totaling €250.
What disappointed us most was how unhelpful the hotel was in trying to resolve or explain the situation. We understand booking issues can happen, but the lack of assistance and unexpected extra charge left a bad impression on an otherwise nice stay.
