The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again.

Great staff, lively, helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The area is easy to find and there is a vaporetto stop just outside the premises making it easy to get to main part of the Venice districts
