"Staff was helpful and flexible— we were planning to drop luggage off at the front desk in the morning of our arrival but the room was ready and they let us leave our luggage in our room. Hotel isn’t typical, you have to go upstairs in what looks like an apartment building and thru a door to get to the front desk. The room was dated but clean, the shower is tiny, no tub, some fixtures rusted or worn, and there were no nice touches or complimentary soaps/lotions, but the price was competitive for a room with three beds for 2 adults and 2 little kids on a family trip. I’m happy with our stay. Also walking distance (even when heavily burdened in the predawn dark) to the coach bus shuttle to fiumicino. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable they had many amenities for us . Shower caps slippers all the soap and shampoos available , the only thing that may have affected our group for 1 day was that the AC unit did not work in the entire stay the weather was pleasantly cool outside but our apartment was very warm. We pretty much didn’t complain and just opened up the windows and enjoyed the fresh air . "

"Beautiful hotel, in a safe neighborhood, close to top restaurants and bars and not far from the Vatican. Far enough from the tourist crowds with easy bus, taxi, metro access to all the tourist sites. Delicious, plentiful, breakfast full of variety. My wife loved the cappuccino and omelet bar. Rooftop breakfast and nighttime bar with a hidden platform for massive panoramic shots of all of Rome!"

"Room: The cleaners could do better, they don’t clean under beds otherwise other areas were reasonably clean The staff were exceptional, very helpful, warm and kind Breakfast options are very limited and only 2 hot options of scrambled eggs and small sausages on a daily basis There are many shops nearby "

"Everything was in order from check in to check out . Room was always made well and restocked. Breakfast was served well, buffet style, with good amount of selection, for me I lean towards more protein and choose the eggs , cheese and meat with espresso and a biscuit and one piece of fruit . The buffet is included in the price of the hotel room. Staff was always friendly . My room was quiet at night and everything in the room worked. I stayed 10 nights in my most recent visit to Rome and this my third time staying at Grand Olympic Hotel . I will stay there again next time I am in Rome. Garcias , John"
