"The hotel is worn down and needs an updo. The check in staff could not answer our questions regarding local possibilities as she was not local and did not offer to research for us. Even though we stayed for 2 nights, we could not get washing done. They did not come with fresh towels nor to tidy our room, as you have to request this a day in advance.
