The lovingly furnished holiday flat has one bedroom and two sleeping options in the living area, as well as a bathroom. The flat also has a sunny balcony and a living area combined with the dining area. 3rd floor / Lift / Wlan yes / 1 room with double bed /1 room in the living area with two cupboard beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub. Dog allowed, but best time must be reported in advance - dog fee The holiday flat is located in the centre of Lenzerheide and is directly at the ski slope/cross-country ski run and close to the free sports bus and various shopping facilities. A good starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. (The holiday flat A301 is also in the same house). - The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons over 16 years CHF 4.50 per night /< 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
