Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. The free minibar was stocked only with two bottles of water, two apple juices and two cola, it was the exact same thing daily, we stayed for 4 nights and the front desk said that is their...

"Room was not bad, bed was too small for two people. Shower, sink et al. very good and clean. Breakfast was just right. Staff was very friendly and helpful, except for getting our A/C operating. Needed some air circulation, opening the window did not help. No plugs near the head of the bed, surprising for a new or newly refurbished hotel.Otherwise I would have given a five."
