"The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!"

The property seemed promising- while priced on the higher end the neighborhood (Condado) and what seemed like an upscale stay led us to book here. The host refused to communicate through the VRBO app (huge red flag) and only messaged through WhatsApp. When we arrived I messaged for check-in information to which they responded they needed my license (not stated in VRBO contract) and if I didn't send it...
