"No A/C Controls, booked hotel room with windows in picture, there were no windows in our room. You can hear everything at night, everytime a door slams it wakes you up. However it was very clean! Staff were really nice as well."

I really didn’t want to write the review because overall the staff members were really nice and helpful but one in particular not so much. I give that staff member grace too because, it was obvious that the person was having a rough moment. The check-in line was long and full of frustrated patrons. The property itself was okay. The restaurant food was delicious. The location was great and very walkable. Overall, it was a good value. "

"Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, the additional resort charges of $70+ per night felt deceptive when we discovered them at check-in. It became a noticeable topic of conversation among several guests waiting in line. Had these fees been clearly disclosed upfront, I most likely still would have booked the stay. Presenting them in fine print, however, felt disingenuous and left a negative impression. "
