PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Tri Luke - English 3 ports or 3 bays with the bay "Siroka" is a small settlement on the south side of the Dalmatian island "Korcula" near the village Potirna. "Vela Luka" is about 10 km away the nearest town and accessible via a paved road.

The "Vela Luka", which has about 4500 inhabitants, is connected to Split and Hvar by a daily speedboat line. The car ferry runs between Split and Vela Luka twice a day. A bus line allows you to explore the main places of the island. Even the beautiful city of Dubrovnik (150 km away) can be reached by car on good roads in about 3 hours. Here, however, a 15-minute ferry ride (Korcula-Orebic) must be taken in order to reach the mainland.

Dubrovnik and especially Split offer very good and cheap air connections to many German cities as well as large parts of Europe.

Vela Luka is an idyllic village located in a deep bay, with many tourist attractions, a large number of shops, cafes, fish market, fruit and vegetable market, excellent medical care, physical therapy facilities, pharmacies and doctors, a taxi rank, hairdressing salons, Disco, boat hire, car rental and much more.

The sports facilities include u.a. Diving, sailing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking in the diverse and hilly landscape, etc.

The estate

In an absolutely quiet, hidden picturesque bay called "Tri Porte" you can enjoy the turquoise shimmering sea and the unspoilt nature, surrounded by ancient pine forests and olive groves. In the beautiful bay in the summer also many small yachts anchor.

The exclusive property built directly on the sea on a hillside consists of 2 exclusive terraced holiday homes. In the lower villa is located on the ground floor a beautiful apartment in blue tones for 2-4 people while the friendly landlords live in the floor above. Directly behind, a little uphill, is the luxurious holiday home for sole use suitable for 6-7 people to the next to a beautiful garden area also offers a private pool.

A holiday here is to be recommended only for those seeking relaxation, who do without promenades and shops, or can accept in order to cover 10 km by car. A private car park for 4-6 cars is available to guests of the facility on the property.
