Villa with Private Pool in Vela Luka

A beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool right by the sea in one of the most beautiful and sunniest areas of the island of Korčula. It is located on a spacious plot, which descends in a terraced manner from the road towards the sea. .Three accommodation units are connected by external entrances. Two are two-bedroom apartment are located on the first and second floors, while the one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor The interiors are well equipped with modern furniture. Each floor has beautiful terraces with a view of the sea. On one of the stone terraces, there is a swimming pool, while just a few steps down the stairs leads you to the sea with a swimming pool on the rocks, while the pebble beach is 20m away from the house.
The nearby seaport Vela Luka is surrounded by beautiful, unspoilt nature and offers all guests the privileges of modern tourism, especially excellent gastronomy with seafood and excellent wines and also many entertainment offers. During the main season, a tourist boat goes from Vela Luka to the small island Proizd which is surrounded by many beaches.
