About this property

Apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Wörthersee - Degas

  • Our house is located close to the city centre, across from Velden Castle (the filming location for the popular TV series “Ein Schloss am Wörthersee”), in a large, well-maintained garden. The apartment features an 11 m² covered balcony with a lake view, lounge chairs, and a dining area. The lakefront is just a few steps away. The nearest public beach, which you can use for free as our guest, is a 5-minute walk away.

    Amenities: 34 m² + 11 m² balcony, entryway, bathroom, small, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa.
    Satellite TV with German-language channels (ORF, ARD, ZDF, RTL, etc.), radio, mini-safe.
    Kitchen amenities: Dishes, silverware, filter coffee maker, tea kettle, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

    Bed linens, hand towels, and tea towels are provided.

    Included in the price are Wi-Fi, electricity, parking, and free admission to several beach resorts around Lake Wörthersee, as well as the Wörthersee Plus Card with many discounts.

    Not included are:
    * The local tax

    * Electricity costs—€0.40/kWh—each apartment has its own submeter

    * The additional cleaning fee = final cleaning (no daily cleaning!)

Schöner Urlaub mit Wörtherseeblick

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir hatten sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Es sind nur ca. 100 m bis zum See.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir waren erstmals am Wörthersee uns sind sehr begeistert. Es gibt sehr schöne Radwanderwege, die wir mit unserem Radl genossen haben. Das Wasser lädt zum Baden und Verweilen ein. Die vom Gastgeber empfohlenen Gaststätten waren alle sehr gut. Wir empfehlen gern weiter.
