Just 400 m from the beach, this cozy holiday home in Benajarafe is the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside getaway. Modern, filled with light, and suitable for up to 6 guests, it combines comfort, stylish living, and the laid-back vibe of the Costa del Sol.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with two sofas, satellite TV, and a dining area for 6. Step directly onto the terrace with a built-in barbecue—ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, and more, so you can easily prepare your own meals.



Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, all with built-in wardrobes. Two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower—offer extra convenience, especially for families or small groups.



A highlight is the private rooftop terrace with sea views, perfect for watching the sunset. Right across from the house, a well-kept communal pool with a sunbathing lawn invites you to cool off and relax.



Supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, and the bus stop are just minutes away. Benajarafe is known for its peaceful beaches, Andalusian charm, and quick access to Málaga, Torre del Mar, and Nerja.
