On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with air conditioning, two sofas, satellite TV, and a dining area for 6. Step out onto the terrace with a built-in barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals outdoors together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, and more, making self-catering easy.



Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning: one with a double bed, two with two single beds each, and all with built-in wardrobes. Two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub, one with a shower—offer extra convenience, especially for families or small groups.



A highlight is the private rooftop terrace with sea views, perfect for sunsets. Right across the street, a well-kept communal pool with sunbathing lawn invites you to relax.
