"Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed.

Service was very friendly and helpful. We try to speak a little Spanish but they helped us out in English when necessary! Rooms were cleaned on the one full day we were there. Breakfast was simple but set us up for the day. We shall return if we're back in the area."

"Juana and Olivier couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and they were there whenever we needed help. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms and large kitchen with everything you would need. The whole pool area is full of beautiful plants and very welcoming. We really enjoyed being part of the Velez Malaga village. Don't miss Casa Domi for lunch or dinner. It's only 2 doors down and has fabulous food."
