Belonging to the Málaga municipality of Vélez-Málaga, this villa comprises three houses that can accommodate a total of 20 people.

For groups of up to 8 people, only one house will be opened; for groups of 16 or more, two houses will be opened, with the third house remaining closed. This third house will only be opened with an additional fee and for groups of 17 or more people.

The owners live on one side of the villa, allowing them to take care of the pool and garden maintenance as well as attending to the tenants.

The layout of the houses is as follows:

One house features four double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds, three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, a restroom, a large living room, a kitchen, and two large terraces.

Another house has two floors and contains four double bedrooms. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with single beds, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The third house also has two floors and features on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub; on the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with two single beds.

The villa has several terraces and a large sunbathing area. There is also a covered barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, private parking, a tennis court, and a large private pool.
