Nuestra estancia en cortijo Mimosa fue muy agradable, la casa es muy bonita, el acceso es un poco complicado pero está asfaltado todo el tramo. La ventaja de subir tan arriba es que las vistas, desde Algarrobo hasta Comares, son espectaculares. La casa está bien equipada, la piscina tiene el agua muy limpia gracias al tratamiento de sal y no de cloro, aunque necesita un arreglo del gresite, algo que van a hacer próximamente. Por otro lado, las colchonetas para tomar el sol eran nuevas y muy cómodas. Pudimos aprovechar la pista de tenis gracias a las raquetas y las pelotas que en la casa había a nuestra disposición. Por último, la lavadora es de buena calidad y no estropea la ropa, como a veces pasa en este tipo de alojamiento. En general valoramos muy positivamente nuestra estancia así como el trato que Adriano nos dispensó. Muy recomendable

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ein kleines Paradies voller Ruhe und mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Trotz der beiden anderen Häuser gibt es keinen Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Mehrere Rückzugsorte bieten schattige Plätze zum Verweilen. Der asphaltierte Weg zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch mit einem Kleinwagen gut zu bewältigen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Inventar ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, und man sieht, dass der Vermieter viel Liebe in die Ausstattung gesteckt hat. Der Gastgeber Adriano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Befestigte, aber zum Teil sehr steile Straßen führen hinauf in ein kleines Paradies, das Adriano geschaffen hat. Welch ein sympathischer und aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und half direkt unseren Nachbarn bei Problemen mit dem TV. Der Blick ist umwerfend und wir sind nach jedem Ausflug immer wieder glücklich gewesen, in dieses Refugium zurück zu kommen. Die drei Häuser sind so unabhängig voneinander, dass man Kontakt haben kann, wenn man möchte, aber es gibt so viele sympathische Nischen und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, dass überall Privatsphäre garantiert ist. Wir werden immer gerne an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken, danke Adriano!

Überqueren Sie die Straße zweimal, um zum Haus zu gelangen. Abends kann man also wirklich nirgendwo hingehen. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich veraltet.

Veraltete Terrassenmöbel (mit Ausnahme von Sonnenliegen am Pool) und ein Tisch mit Glasplatte in der Sonne und Wärme sind keine gute Kombination.

Adriano und Victoria haben schnell ihr Haus (Sahara-Sand) für unsere unerwartete Buchung gereinigt. Wir waren erstmal in einem Haus ohne Heizung, Strom und Wasser und es war im März sehr kalt und zum Glück konnten wir nach Velez Malaga umsteigen. Wein, Snacktomaten und Wasser standen bereit und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Schöne Aussicht, schönes Bett, gute Dusche, aber besonders warm durch Fußbodenheizung.

Fantastische huis en locatie. Het is wel met 2 andere huizen naast elkaar, dus je bent niet helemaal vrij in doen en laten. Bedden aan de korte kant en inventaris is verouderd (afwasmachine, wasmachine, douches, etc). Maar ligging en uitzicht is fantastisch! En ook het huis is mooi in Moorse stijl.

Bedingt durch die ruhige Lage, gelingt es fantastisch zu Erholen und die Sonne zu genießen. Strand und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind nahe, vor Ort. Tapas und Bodega-Weine sind ein unbedingtes Muss!!

Die Anreise verlief super, wir haben uns mit dem Vermieter Adriano in Velez-Malaga getroffen und sind mit ihm hoch zum haus gefahren. Dort hat er uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt, nach Zahlung des Restbetrages gab es eine Quittung. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden (außer ein Backofen, der ist aber mMn zu vernachlässigen). Am Pool lässt sich wunderbar entspannen, die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Merci Antonio pour ton amabilité et ta gentillesse et surtout pour ton français ! Tu as fait une magnifique maison pleine de charme, le travail réalisé est exeptionnel ! Traumpalast mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Das Haus ist sowohl innen als auch außen phänomenal schön. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind viel kleiner. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage und wird sehr warm. Abends die kühle Luft drinnen. Das Haus wurde sehr gut gereinigt. Schöner Pool, der auch schön und sauber war. Nachteil ist, dass der Geschirrspüler alt ist und sich nicht gut wäscht und man sich oft wieder waschen muss. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil, aber leicht zu machen. Die Fahrt zum Meer dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Dann kommen Sie zu den Ständen von Velez Malaga: groß und beliebt. Es gibt jedoch viel schönere und ruhigere Strände zB in Torrox (35 Minuten Fahrt). Das Gelände ist sehr groß. Es gibt 3 Häuser dicht beieinander, aber aufgrund der Anordnung sehen Sie die anderen Feriengäste nicht. Mit diesen 3 Häusern teilen Sie Ihren eigenen Tennisplatz. Adriano ist ein super netter Besitzer, der sehr engagiert ist. Leider gab es viele Wespen: Er hat letectect einen Dämpfer bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!
