a 15-minute drive from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria.
The villa features several terraces, both sunny and shaded.
The house itself has four bedrooms: three with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed) and one with a double bed.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms with showers, as well as a separate toilet.
A nice living room and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen.
Direct access from the living room and kitchen to a large, tiled outdoor area with garden furniture,
a barbecue, sun loungers, and a private swimming pool.
On the lower floor, there is a private gym with some exercise equipment for a good workout.
You can also borrow 3 sets of golf clubs. (2 for men and 1 for women.)
In addition, there is a nice little guesthouse/apartment with one bedroom featuring a double bed, a sofa, a TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace if there are more than 8 of you.
