The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick.
In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms and nice amenities (e.g., good storage for clothes, tea kettle in room, spa offering massages). Gracious and helpful staff who offers great recommendations and service. Great location - on a quiet street with just minutes walking from shopping and sights.

The hotel is huge, so there isn't constabt cleaning an it was very quiet. Ihave dust mite allergy. It was dusty for me and the bedding also ad been sitting for sometime. Overall the food is good and it was quiet 4/5
