The HOUSE IN THE RAILWAY of Velo D'ASTRICO is located in the thematic area "PEDEMONTANA VENETA E COLLI", at the crossing of the valleys of the Stico and of Posina in the middle of the prealps Venete at about 350 mt of altitude and 1 km from the center of the village On the slopes of the curious Monte Priaforà. Locations easily reachable: Venice, Padua, Verona, Trento, Rovereto, Lake Garda, Gardaland ... The Place is ideal for those who want to rediscover the charm of nature and the walks in the open air. Excellent for families, the home combines hospitality with the rural world and is centrally located for visiting and rediscovering places full of great historical events (Pasubio, Ortigara, Cengio, Zebio ...). Along the cycle track Piovene Rocchette-Arsiero (old railway) in a stretch that can be traversed by motor vehicles only by very few frontists and owners of the Funds. Both in summer and winter you will discover the taste of tranquility. The house has been recently renovated and is surrounded by mountains (starting from south in clockwise direction: Hermes Hermes, Summano, Collar of Velo, Priaforas, Caviojo, Cimone, Cengio with the foreground of the Granatieri, Pau ', Bregonze hills). You can find a very large green space, grazing cows, cockroaches, a very suggestive beach at Pria'Park in front of Arsiero (you can get in 5 minutes by car or take a 30/40 minute long walk The Astico torrent, Montanina's fishing boat on a private pond or at Rio Freddo di Arsiero where wonderful trails for Toraro or Tonezza go for a walk. WI-FI free in Piazza Velo and Arsiero. Is fully equipped with all necessary, 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, microwave, and crockery to find: 1 cot, chairs and garden table, vacuum cleaner, gas heating, Pellet Stove, wall safe, 3 bicycles, maps of hiking trails and MB hiking trails, self service h24 milk and dairy products at 50 mt, renowned restaurant at 100 mt. THE HOUSE IN THE RAILWAY is composed of: basement: common garage with another apartment, laundry with shower and Toilet. Ground floor: kitchen and living room. First Floor: Bathroom with bidet and WC, double bedroom and bunk bed room. Attic floor: Room.
