"First room bathroom smelt of sewage, but staff were great, moved us straight away to another room which was fine. Parking was great. Overall great hotel. Few things just needed tlc, 1 lamp not working etc, nothing major, didn't affect the stay."

"Very small and uncomfortable bathrooms and showers. High fees for simple services such as luggage storage, no shampoo or hairdryer offered."

"Laundry room, ironing room, small bar with plenty of space. Rooms are decent small like cruise cabin! However nicely run. Breakfast has decent variety and everything was efficient."

"Almost no space for bags in the room. Couldn't get the AC to even work. Overall, an average place to stay."

"Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning. "
