Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. The staff were so easy to contact, as well - very warm and friendly. It was the perfect place for us to recuperate after a particularly exhausting drive.

The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano.

Hotel, everyone and everything were top class
Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants
A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great.
I will hopefully come back 1 day

"A nice hotel that made it easy to visit the sites push g the nearby metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, beds probably a touch hard for our liking. Some good choices for meals as well, a great family restaurant named Gemelli was our favorite nearby."
