"The apartment was clean, showers were hot, location was good, and communication was great. However, I gave a lower rating because the property had no bathroom on any of the lower floors, climbing stairs with luggage and just to get to the bathrooms was rough. Add to that the beds were so uncomfortable. I could feels the springs. Swapping out the mattresses with some memory foam beds would have earned them 3.5 stars. A bathroom on a lower floor would earn a solid 4."

"This place is 15 minutes walk to the duomo and 25 minutes to the train station. It’s in a hidden alley and it’s quiet. "

"Venue is very central on the main island within walking distance of everything from the train station down to Ralto bridge and beyond. Outside appearance is a little worrying at first but the apartment is well appointed and cared for. The hosts contacted us ahead of arrival and even suggested a few places to eat and things to see that were a little more off the beaten track."

"My daughter and I stayed at the property for three nights and enjoyed it immensely. The property was clean, spacious, close to everything tourists want to see. The best restaurant we tried in Venice, Al Gazzettino, is literally across the street. The only minor complain is there is no coffee maker in the apartment which is a must, especially in Italy!"
