Small Luxury Apartment

The independent apartment has a separate entrance from the street and is about 60m2. It has 2 airco’s, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet as well as towels and bathrobes. Furthermore a pantry with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. In the pantry area, there is a table to work at or for having breakfast. In the large bedroom is a comfortable king-size bed with 2 single mattresses, a seating area and an extra desk or dressing table. A washing machine is available.

It was quite a nice place. The bedroom was wonderful and the kitchenette was usable though lacked a burner. We were able to use the microwave to make breakfast and some dinners. Course we were in Venice so who wants to cook too much. Apartment was absolutely delightful. Martin was wonderful and very helpful. We were right in the middle of things.

The host was super friendly and helpful. This apartment is very cute and charming and in a great location in Venice. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and the host was very flexible with us, as we were delayed for the check-in. We will recommend this to other friend visiting Venice.

Lovely stay in Venezia

We had a fabulous stay in the heart of Venezia with easy walking everywhere. Martin our host was just lovely, nothing was a problem and he helped with travel and restaurant options. Can highly recommend this apartment.

Great accommodation

Ideal central location in Venice, yet tucked away on a quiet walkway. We found the apartment very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The host was so friendly and provided helpful recommendations for our visit. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Probably the most convenient and centrally located apartment in Venice.

Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a very comfortable and very clean landing spot for when you are resting and relaxing from your enjoyment of the town. Attentive host; so easy to find, and a great launch point for all of your on-foot (and in-boat) destinations.

Very tasteful apartment. We were very comfortable - super clean. Steps from the water taxi dock. Easy walking distance to all of the must do spots yet quiet at the apartment.

Martin’s Guest House

Everything was perfect for our 2-night stay. The accommodations were comfortable, spotless, quiet and fabulous location - a short walk to St Marks, close to shopping and exquisite restaurants. Our host, Martin, could not have been nicer or more accommodating- he even did laundry for us. Definitely a five star rating.

We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and the hospitality! The location is perfect- 25 feet from the Grand Canal. The apartment was large, tastefully decorated and the garden was beautiful. Hope to stay there again very soon!

This property was much more than we expected. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was close to all the sights and restaurants in Venice. Martin was a great host. Perfect central location

The place was very clean and cute! Lots of room. Though the bathroom is very tiny. The manager went over and above to help us book accommodations when we stayed! We would definitely stay here again!! I highly recommend! Bed was very comfortable!

Charming Stay in Central Venice

Martin, the host, was so friendly and accommodating. Communication was great. He even gave us a list of good restaurants to try out. The place itself was very clean and a good size for the two of us. The decor was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location close to the centre

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. We can’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment is really close to the main attractions yet is on a quiet street. The decor is just beautiful and the host Martin is really helpful - communication was great and everything went smoothly.

Great apartment and host

Martin was the perfect host for our stay in Venice. He was extremely accommodating for an early check in and responded quickly to my messages. He also gave a lot of excellent local recommendations. The apartment is very close to San Marco square which allowed us to be able to pop “home” for a quick rest before going out again, but because it is down a side street it is extremely quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay there again!

Campo San Mauritzio

We had a very pleasant stay. Martin was an accommodating host, even helping us get our bags to San Giglio on departure; the flat is perfectly located between Campo San Mauritzio and the Grand Canal, a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the bustle of San Marco. Only downsides: there is no water plumbed into the “kitchen;” and one morning we awoke to an unpleasant smell of sewer gas, which continued off and on that one day. But that may simply be endemic to Venezia, a city built on and surrounded by water..
