This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private apartment with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning. It consists of a small kitchen, fridge, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment.
The apartment can be reached from Marco Polo airport by motorboat Alilaguna orange line stop Sant'Angelo. By rail or Piazzale Roma by ACTV ferry line 2, stop San Samuele. Via water taxi stop San Samuele.
A gondola service to the 18th century in the district of Dorsoduro and the 'Ferry' to 'Garzoni' which leads to SaToma, in the district of San Polo.

Cozy with Super Location.

Perfect Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is in a great location. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are oriented and aware of what you need to know to have a great time. We highly recommend staying here.

First of all the hostesses were super nice explaining everything about the city and the house. The house has a good location, everything was clean and the temperature inside the house perfect. Our family spent a great time here! We recommend!

Charming apartment in fantastic location

Our stay in Venice was perfect. The apartment was beautiful with the charm of the city inside and was so centrally located that we walked to everything. Our hosts were communicative and very helpful in getting oriented to the city.

Great location, great hosts

First time in Venice, traveling with spouse and two adult daughters. The apartment was beautiful and in a wonderful location within walking distance of basically everything you’d want to see and do. Maria and Carlo couldn’t have been more delightful. Highly recommend!

Great location and amazing hosts

The host met us at the water taxi and walked us back to the apartment. They even walked us to the correct water bus for the soccer game we were attending that afternoon and gave us tips for our trip. Communications was excellent.My one criticism is that the pictures online make it look like each bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is not the case.

Excellent hosts, perfect location, cute apartment

Carlo and Maria were communicative and helpful from the time we booked our stay. They made sure we were set up with the Venezia passes before we arrived and that we knew the best route from the train station. Carlo met us at the San Samuele stop and walked us to the apartment, then gave us a detailed overview of the area, and a short walking tour of the key things we needed to know about the neighborhood. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was very clean and well stocked with necessities, and was decorated with special Venetian touches. It was also in the perfect spot for our activities in and around St Marks Square, visits to L'Academmia and and Frari Church, and day trips outside of Venice, leaving from the train station.

Nice and center place

We like this place very much, the owners Maria Beatrice and Carlo were excellent and help us accommodate all our needs, specifically with the water taxis!! The apartment has a washer and dryers and this was a plus. It super central close of everything. We most definitely come back!!

Lovely Venice

Excellent property and location. The hosts Carlo and Maria made us feel like relatives visiting versus strangers from the USA. Carlo met us at the ferry stop from the airport, walked us to the apartment, showed us the features of the apartment and then sat us down with a big map of Venice and pointed out highlights we might want to visit. He walked us around the area to give us a foundation of where things are in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The online pictures match what you get. Carlo and Maria were available via WhatsApp for any questions during our stay and even arranged our transportation when it was time to leave. I'd stay there again.

Yes, there are stairs. Yes, it smelled a touch damp (it’s Venice). And the floors slope since it’s an old building. But Carlo is great, with wonderful attention to detail. Location is great. Beds and two showers were good.

Great Venetian place to stay

The rental is in a cute Venice area accessible to public ferries—just a five-minute walk from the Ponte dell'Accademia. It is also only a couple of minutes' walk to an excellent bar for breakfast in Piazza San Stefano. The unit is accurately described, and Carlo is a great host. I would add that it's two flights of stairs up - this wasn't a problem for us, and Venice is full of stairs, but just keep in mind. I highly recommend the hosts and the rental. I stayed there only two nights but definitely could have stayed a week there.

Hosts could not have been more helpful

The apartment was in a wonderful area, just around the corner from Campo San Stefano. Great cafes and bars. Central to art museums and all parts of the city. The apartment was comfortable with a good kitchen, great beds and clean bathrooms. The hosts were accessible from pre-arrival to checkout and helped us with restaurant recommendations, transportation options and an orientation to the city. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great Location and great Host

The location is perfect -- close to the main sights, but on a quiet street away from the crowds. And the host gave us great information on a restaurant that was wonderful. They were also happy to store our luggage until our later departure from the city. On the downside, the apartment is smaller than the pics suggest, and the 2nd bathroom is down 2 flights of very steep stairs from the bedrooms. Not for anyone with mobility issues. But otherwise, a pleasant stay in a very vibrant city!

Best Hosts…

Really loved everything about the process and the complete stay. Hosts Carlo and Maria are fantastic. Christine was a great greeter picking us up at San Samuele station and walked us the house and showed us the house. Trust them if you ask for advice or suggestions for things to do or restaurants. We spent a week there, saw Venice pretty thoroughly and even went to Lido Beach for a day of relaxing and beach fun. Went on day trips to Verona and Padua and a winery near Padua… so much positive to say about our stay with Carlo and Maria. Thank You!

Wonderful Property and Hosts

Carlo and Maria Beatrice are fantastic hosts! They were very available, and went out of their way to meet us and give us some tips and recommendations for places to see and dine. Carlo brought a map for us and spent time going over all of the locations and answering our questions. I could not recommend them more! The house was clean and charming, and had everything we needed - bathrooms were recently remodeled and there was a washer/dryer to use as needed. With the exception of food, everything we could have needed was provided for us. The location was great and we could walk most places or catch a convenient ferry. I would 1000% stay here again for my next visit to Venice!

Venice trip

We can’t say enough about our stay at the apartment. Maria and Marco were incredible hosts. They helped arrange water taxi’s for us and Marco met us at the stop and escorted us to the apartment, which was a very short walk away. Marco gave us a tour of the apartment and then provided us a great overview of Venice along with recommendations for places to check out and restaurants, bakeries and other places we should see. The apartment itself is in a great location with easy access to walk everywhere. There’s a nice piazza just around the corner to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. It was very clean and had the amenities that we needed for our family of 4 with two teens. We really didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were out exploring the area but when we were , we enjoyed it.

Our Venice to Rome Cruise

An amazing experience! None of us have ever been to Venice before and requested additional information to get from Marco Polo Airport to Venice. The homeowner made reservation for a water taxi to meet up and take directly to the water taxi stand a short 2 minute to the apartment. After we arrived at the apartment the homeowner had a map of the city with handwritten notes of places to and provided additional information of the city. After that he took us on a walking tour of the local area. I highly recommend this property
