Only 10 minutes drive from the golden warm sandy beaches of the Gulf, and within minutes from golf and tennis. The beautifully furnished villa features an open design with vaulted ceilings, two Master Bedroom Suites, living room, dining room, full kitchen, a large covered lanai with a breakfast nook overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and a lake , and a two-car garage. The main Master Bedroom Suite features a king sized bed, armoire, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with skylight and a large roman tub and shower. The second Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen bed and full furniture, with a second full bathroom with skylight and shower. There is an additional 0.5 bathroom in the hallway with toilet and sink. You also have acccess to a nearby community club with heated pool, library and other facilities. T
