Good value for money and excellent location
Clean very friendly and helpful staff stayed for 2 nights cleaned every day. Very good location close to Mestre train station and bus stop to Venice. A few things to fix in the room but overall a good experience. Worst was the noise from traffic as is very close to the road.

Personal amable, pero los cuartos muy húmedos, apestosos, con hongos en la ducha, al abrir la cortina era un basural la vista y estaba dentro de la propiedad, en el otro cuarto, los hongos estaban alrededor de las paredes, con un TV de 15” y sin espacio para caminar, las bases de los colchones eran mas pequeñas que estos

Property is not safe (room keys and personal documents are just left at the front desk unattended) and staff are not polite or respectful. No internet for 3 days and they neglected to notify us.

The thing I did not like is that there is no wifi in the rooms, we had to go to the lobby to use the internet.

We liked… that we’re able to leave our luggage before our check in, they allowed us to used their bathroom and change clothes. The staff was helpful. Bus 6 to Venezia was only 3-4 min walk same as the T2 to and from Mestre area. If you didn’t buy your $35 for transportation you can buy it at the same price at the liquor store around the corner. The room had a new AC unit, provided 4 towels and small pouches of shampoo and soap bar. The bed was comfortable and big. We did not liked… the walk via google maps in a underground path with people doing drugs. (Behind a locked fence) we learned that you can take a shortcut from the train stations. The place is old, the rooms had mold on ceiling and tile and they smell to humidity. Read closely an iron it’s not available. Conclusion: we only used it to shower and sleep. We’ll not stay here again due to the mold and humidity in the room.

The only thing that really made this a good stay was the proximity to the train station - fantastic access to Venice!!

Not clean the rooms no refrigerator and the towel are supposed to be changed, same towel 4 day and your microwave is derty please improved your service am not coming back to your hotel anymore the hotel dose not what the money.

Its clean and the staff are friendly. The only i dont like they dont have lift so my elderly need to take stairs and we need to carry our 2 luggage go up to the room. The room is fine for the amount you paid for. But the room smell of cigarettes so we need to spray perfume. Even after we came out from outside the room smell cigarette. The toilet ceiling is broken anytime can drop. The place is quite and easy access to bus and train going to venice. Overall don't expect to much to the price you paid for.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location is very close to public transit and the train station. Having said that, the hotel itself is extremely dirty and needs a serious deep cleaning, as well as updating. The shower, walls, and sheets had mystery stains. The location seemed fairly busy as well, so street noise as well as noise from the hallways and hotel were very loud. Good for a one night stay for the price but would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel..

This is a very simple hotel / hostel cheap with no frills. It was overall clean, however the toilet bowl had not been clean at all

THAT STAFF WAS NICE BUT THE OTHER THINGS NEEDED ATTENTION. THE TV DIDN'T WORK. IT CAME ON BUT NO SIGNAL. THE BATHROOM COULD'VE BEEN CLEANER. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS JUST A ROOM.

24/7 reception was convenient and there was a nearby bus to get straight into Venice. The lack of air conditioning made it a very uncomfortable night and tired morning.

basic hotel 20 minute bus ride from Venice central
Clean place in a "real neighborhood" of what looks like a "blue collar" neighborhood of Venice. It's a 15 minute bus ride from the Grand Canal area, so if you want to stay in main area of Venice, the tourist side, this is not for you. So, if you're looking for authentic Italy neighborhood (lovely mom & pop restaurant nearby) it's a good fit. If you are expecting Venice style and panache, this is not for you. Very basic hotel, clean and good breakfast croissants.

Para lo que es, un hotel cercano a la estación de Mestre en el que sólo ir a dormir a la vuelta de hacer turismo por Venecia, está muy bien. Cama cómoda, ducha aceptable con agua caliente y limpia. Zona tranquila. Buena opción calidad precio

Convenable pour visiter Venise
Séjour convenable si on souhaite voyager à bon prix sur Venise. Déconseillé pour les couples en quête d'amour. Possibilité de visiter les alentours à pied. Arrêt de bus pour Venise à 30 secondes de l'hôtel. Temps de trajet bus pour Venise - 10 minutes. De très bon petit restaurants à 5 minutes à pied à bon prix (ne pas aller dans les petits snacks) mais de vrais restaurants où le service est impeccable et la nourriture délicieuse. Concernant l'hôtel : Chambre moyenne pour un séjour en couple ou pour impressionner sa conjointe. Les lits doubles sont en fait deux matelas. Murs dans un état moyen, salle de bain à désirer, aucun coffre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable, parle Italien et Anglais.

Si tratta di un hotel economico, ben posizionato con facile accesso in autobus a Venezia proprio di fronte, le camere sono semplici un po' vecchie ma sufficienti per una notte, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile a guidare il cliente e sempre disponibile, siamo felici di aver soggiornato in un hotel con un servizio clienti così efficiente. Consigliamo questo hotel , è buono ed economico. 100% raccomandato

Reasonably priced hotel
Old, rather worn hotel. Hard beds, small bedroom and small bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location right next to good food and a direct bus route to Venezia. Fairly decently priced for the area.
