The location is good, place is clean, the washroom feels like new, staff friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. I stayed for five days.

Excellent service during breakfast
Nice little Hotel, front desk was as friendly as could be expected given the language difference. There a gentleman there during breakfast that went far and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated.

Looked better than the photos!
Our room was nice, big, clean and looked far better than the photos, plus comfy beds! Only about a 5 minute walk to Mestre train station. The only minor issue was that the windows weren’t soundproof so we got a bit of street and car noise into our room.

For a quick stay this is a good choice because it’s close to the bus and train station 5-7 minutes to walk. The hotel is older and set up a little odd ie we had to ho through the breakfast area to get to our room but in saying that the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel was not in the greatest area at all. We didn’t feel comfortable walking far outside and it can be loud at night windows are paper thin you could hear all kinds of yelling on the street below. And don’t eat at the restaurant up the street to the right of the hotel it was terrible.

The hotel is at a very good location and it is clean. Specially the staff are great. The Chinese lady Julie is very friendly and caring. Response to requests and give very good recommendations for travel tips and restaurants. Staff Luka is also very helpful. We enjoyed the stay..

Good location
Convenient location, some small issues addressed by the staff but all in all a decent hotel, recommended if you want to be near Venice without spending a fortune, 2 mins walk to the train station, 10 mins direct train to Venice S.Lucia.

Functional, great value hotel with good transport
Good location for airport and transfer, For the price the room was excellent, firm bed, very clean, air conditioned and the black out blinds were the best I had all trip.

Paid $17 extra for the breakfast...and of the three cities we were in...this breakfast was by far the lowest quality. Was not worth $17.00.

Terrible bed in a nice hotel
The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on, and I’ve stayed in some cheap hostels in my time. Everything in the hotel was great except that, but it’s literally the one thing that people need to do when traveling. I felt every spring in my body, and even tried to put the extra comforter down as some padding, but it didn’t work. As a result, I slept very little. Otherwise good location and breakfast. Much better to stay in this area than actual Venice

Close to train station. Staff accomodated us for late check-in. He had to get dressed to open the door. Reasonably nice. Hard beds.

Hotel is Mestre
We were looking for a budget hotel outside Venice and the hotel was great for this purpose. Location isn3 min walk to train station. Breakfast was a bit minimal but other than that it was good!

Nice comfortable hotel, not far from the station. Good Italian breakfast available. Check in was a little slow and no information on local area supplied.
