I assumed this room would function like a hotel but we quickly realized it's basically an Airbnb. That was unfortunate but not terrible.
The Pink Room in particular is in a great location relative to the other apartments. The outdoor patio is essentially it's front yard, which makes the place feel much more private. Unfortunately that patio is infested with mosquitos, or at least when we were there. We literally had to run through the beautiful patio to get to the front door, and try our hardest not to get any bugs in the room when we went in and out. I can't blame the hotel for this but I think it's important for potential guests to know.
Amenities are non-existent. There's wifi but that's about it. They provide an Nespresso machine, and everything you need to make an espresso or Americano EXCEPT Nespresso pods. Because it functions like an Airbnb, if you run out of anything, including the 2 provided rolls of toilet paper, you have to get replacements yourself. You also have to wash the towels yourself. And when you leave, you have to throw out the trash. At least they don't charge a cleaning fee (or at least to my knowledge).
We really enjoyed our time and it's not a bad place by far, but unfortunately it inherited all the cons of an Airbnb without any of the benefits like a kitchen, or filtered drinking water. Because of that, I can't justify a 4 star rating.
