Includes Garbage/Recycle pickup, Electricity, Central Air and Water plus Reverse-Osmosis drinking water spicket at kitchen faucet. You will have access to 2 swimming pools, fitness/weight room, pickle ball, tennis courts, and restaurant/bar area. Of course a golf course outside your back door beckons every morning.
