The space
Henry’s Heaven is the perfect choice for your stay in Venice, a charming, self-contained home offering comfort and privacy. The house features a private entrance with an exclusive courtyard, where you can relax outdoors at the tables and chairs provided.

The location is truly unbeatable, in the heart of the San Polo district, just a short walk from one of the most famous squares: Campo dei Frari. Thus, you’ll be completely immersed in the authentic Venetian atmosphere, both inside and outside the home.

The interiors are furnished in an elegant 20th-century style, designed to combine luxury and functionality in every room. On the ground floor, past the private patio, you’ll find a cosy and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Also on the ground floor, there is a convenient guest bathroom.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, offer spectacular views of the Basilica dei Frari. Each room, as well as the kitchen, is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi to ensure maximum comfort.

Other things to keep in mind
Please treat the home with the utmost respect, as if it were your own. Please note that in Venice, heating is only permitted from October 15 to April 15 of each year; after that date, it will not be possible to turn it on.

1. Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

For late check-in, the following surcharges apply:
- €35 from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- €50 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
After 12:00 AM, check-in cannot be guaranteed.

2. Contact before arrival: We kindly ask that you contact us at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. This will allow us to be ready to welcome you and hand you the keys.

3. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you wish to check out later, this is possible only upon request and subject to availability.

4. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is €4 per night for adults and €2 per night for children between the ages of 10 and 16 (not yet 16). Children under 10 are exempt. The tax must be paid upon arrival.
